• We will NOT collect any money until work has been completed to your satisfaction! We put you in total control!
• We will furnish you with updated copies of our Licensing and proof of General Liability Insurance.
• We will furnish you with an updated list of verifiable references with phone numbers
• As a family owned company you will be interacting with me –the owner – from the first phone call to the last detail in completing your project.
• We will never use subcontractors to complete your project. All workers are uniformed employees of IMPERIAL PAINTING
• We will arrive on time, call if we are delayed and will leave you with the owner’s mobile phone number.
• We will coordinate our work schedule to fit your lifestyle.
• We will thoroughly prep all surfaces. Pole sand all walls and ceilings and hand sand all woodwork between coats to insure a smooth finish. This is the part most contractors skimp on. It’s painstaking, tedious work but the only way to create a professional look!
• We will cover your furniture with clean fresh plastic, not dusty, smelly tarps. Don’t settle for rough tarps that can scratch your furniture!
• We will fill in all nail holes and repair all drywall damage and stress cracks by applying drywall tape. Don’t settle for having stress cracks just filled in only to re appear after the contractor is “long gone.”
• We will suggest product options available for your projects and always use the product(s) we promise you.
• We will apply all products according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. In plain English among other things this means that we do not “water down” our paint.
• We will use high quality “lint free” rollers and strain all paints to insure a beautiful look.
• We will remove all switch plates and hardware from the walls, drop light covers, smoke detectors, remove mirrors from bathrooms etc. We don’t try to trim around these areas because the result is anything but professional!
• We have an “instant clean up policy”. We will leave our work area clean, free from clutter and remove waste daily.
• We are determined to become YOUR painting contractor of choice! – The contractor you will refer to your friends and family.

• We will thoroughly prep all surfaces by power washing, razor scraping, sanding, priming and caulking as needed. This is the part most painters skimp on resulting in bad craftsmanship, peeling and costly repairs. Proudly this is the part that sets us above our competition.
• We will use top of the line polyurethane or urethanized caulking. These sealants remain pliable in both hot and cold temperatures. They will not harden and dry rot leaving your home exposed to the elements. These high quality sealants will contract and expand leaving your home “sealed” from water, insects, rotting etc.
• We are a full service painting company which means we have the knowledge and the tools to replace any rotted wood issues or address any other carpentry repair. We will remove loose nails and replace them with screws. To the homeowner this means you do not have to worry about rotted boards being painted over or loose nails working their way out again.
• We will completely cover decks, windows, lawn furniture with clean lightweight plastic. We will cover your shrubs – as needed – with tarps only for as long as we are painting directly above them.
