• We do NOT collect any money for our labor until work has been completed to your satisfaction!
• We provide you updated copies of our Licensing & Insurance Certificates of Workman's Comp & Liability Insurance.
• We provide you with an updated list of verifiable references including phone numbers.
• As a family-owned company, you will be interacting with the owners - from the first phone call to the last detail in completing your project.
• We do not use subcontractors. All workers are uniformed employees of Imperial Painting.
• We arrive on time, call if we are delayed & leave you with the owner's mobile phone number.
• We coordinate our work schedule to fit your lifestyle.
• We thoroughly prep all surfaces by power washing, razor scraping, sanding, priming, and caulking as needed. This is the part most painters skimp on resulting in bad craftsmanship, peeling, and costly repairs. Proudly this is the part that sets us above our competition.
• We use top of the line siliconized acrylic caulking. These sealants remain pliable in both hot and cold temperatures. They will not harden & dry rot leaving your home exposed to the elements. These high-quality sealants will contract & expand leaving your home "sealed" from water, insects, rotting, etc.
• We are a full-service painting company which means we have the knowledge & the tools to replace any rotted wood issues or address any other carpentry repair. We will remove loose nails & replace them with screws. To the homeowner, this means you do not have to worry about rotted boards being painted over for loose nails working their way out again
• We completely cover decks, windows, lawn furniture, with clean lightweight plastic. We will cover your shrubs as needed with tarps only for as long as we care painting directly above them.
• We apply all products according to the manufacturer's recommendations. In plain English, among other things, this means that we do not "water down" our paint.
• We use high-quality "lint-free" rollers & strain all paints to ensure a beautiful look.
• We have an "instant clean up policy", leave our work area clean, free from clutter & remove waste daily.
